I did my homework I knew what I wanted when it came down to buy. Service Center Excellence I arrived on time and the door immediately opened. Inside was a smiling gentleman who immediately wrote down my license plate number and pulled up my I arrived on time and the door immediately opened. The waiting room was Great! Coffee, donuts, TV, magazines, comfortable chairs and a cell phone charging station!!! Roughly 45mins later I was done and out the door with an oil change, full preventive maintenance check and rotation of tires. I was very pleased with my visit to Orr. More

We're young so before we got to the dealership we were worried we wouldn't be taken as serious customers and that a salesman wouldn't give us the time We're young so before we got to the dealership we were worried we wouldn't be taken as serious customers and that a salesman wouldn't give us the time of day. Thank goodness Nidjah was out front when we got there, she was as genuine and friendly as anyone I know, not to mention super helpful. We saw the car, she ran in got us the keys and we took it for a drive and came back and after some negotiating made a deal and was out of there in a couple hours. I really won't want to buy a car at another dealership thanks to her. More
