My response was that I could not do without transportation given my wife's condition. The service manager told me that I could rent a car for $30. per day. I subsequently called the dealership manager and left a message but did not get a return call. More

Each time I was presented with a potential vehicle I was given a car fax along with any additional information the staff new about the car. I was very specific about what I wanted and Mark and his staff only presented me with vehicles that fit my description even though many of those vehicles fit my description and I turned them down Mark and his staff never grew inpatient with me. My wife and I are both very busy people with work and raising four young children. So not much time could have been wasted on testing vehicles, one day on my way to work I seen a vehicle that caught my eye. I test drove the vehicle and fell in love. Discussed it with my wife and we both decided to apply for this vehicle, I took the staff all the necessary documents needed. Within a few hours we were notified that we had been approved. I went in signed the paperwork, the staff emailed documents to my wife, since she could not get off work at that time. The next day I went to Oracle Ford turned in out paperwork and drove away with a very clean, full tank of gas, and a very beautiful, well maintained 2014 Nissan Pathfinder, it was literally that easy! Many car dealerships advertise "no hassle" car buying. By having purchased vehicles from different places, I learned that Oracle Ford truly equals "no hassle". My wife and I will never purchase another vehicle from another dealership. From our experience to the staff it was the most easy/best caring buying experience we've ever encountered. It was difficult for them to reproduce, but they never gave up, even having their employee drive the car too and from work so they could make the error occur. They finally narrowed it down to a frayed wire in a huge hub of wires and had replace some entire housing. I have been driving 10 days, now, and not one failure. Total cost to me: 0. I am a middle-aged blonde woman and I walked in reporting a problem they couldn't reproduce and they worked on it until they found it and fixed it. Let me tell you, I would never buy from any other dealership. More
