I had taken my F250 Super Duty into Oracle Ford 5 times to get my backup camera repaired/fixed or exchanged. Ford Motor Company kept sending them a bad product. Everyone at Oracle Ford worked and worked on to get my backup camera repaired/fixed or exchanged. Ford Motor Company kept sending them a bad product. Kudos to Sabrina and the entire service department for all the hard work on my F250 to get the camera fixed. BTW I drive 6 hours round trip to have Oracle Ford work on my truck! More
