I did not return to the previous dealer once I started going to David Maus VW for my service.Service, to me, is the most important because, unfortunately, you deal with service department, more than purchasing. We went in on Sunday as my husband was looking to purchase a Tiguan. After dealing with Harry, my husband has now purchased his first VW. Everyone was so helpful, we returned on Monday and I replaced my 2005 Beetle with a 2010 (my third). Now, we are a two VW family. Everyone that we dealt with from the sale consultant to financing was very professional and friendly. The vehicles were delivered as promised and in a timely manner. The service department has always been great, whether it is routine maintenance, a re-call, or a problem. I don't feel that they are pushy and don't try to sell you parts that you do not need. Prior to my arrival at the dealership, I had already met Harry through e-mail, set up my financing and researched the vehicles-all on the website! I only wish that David Maus would open a dealersip closer to my residence. More

I took my car to this Dealership on OBT a total of four times - still my car would repeat the same symptoms/problems within a week of bringing it home. They never offered to do anything at no cost and on times - still my car would repeat the same symptoms/problems within a week of bringing it home. They never offered to do anything at no cost and on the fourth try I had it towed to Full Throttle in Casselberry (which I recommend fully and completely). They also took my engine cover off and never replaced it. I will never again purchase another VW/take mine in for service or recommend this dealership to anyone. HUGE RIP OFF AND TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!
