We went in on Sunday as my husband was looking to purchase a Tiguan. After dealing with Harry, my husband has now purchased his first VW. Everyone was so helpful, we returned on Monday and I replaced my 2005 Beetle with a 2010 (my third). Now, we are a two VW family. Everyone that we dealt with from the sale consultant to financing was very professional and friendly. The vehicles were delivered as promised and in a timely manner. The service department has always been great, whether it is routine maintenance, a re-call, or a problem. I don't feel that they are pushy and don't try to sell you parts that you do not need. Prior to my arrival at the dealership, I had already met Harry through e-mail, set up my financing and researched the vehicles-all on the website! I only wish that David Maus would open a dealersip closer to my residence. More
