Great car buying experience I had seen the Golf TDI in the color I wanted (blue silk metallic) online. We live in Panama City, so I called to make sure the car was available. I spoke with Drew Wyatt in sales and he assured me the car was on the lot. We drove down to Orlando 2 days later and met with Drew. When we got there, he had the car ready for my test drive. After a minimum amount of time, all the papers were signed and I had my new car. I was given a very fair price for my trade-in and I was very happy with the final sales price. Drew was extremely knowledgeable about the car and took the time to show me how everything worked, set up my bluetooth in the car and generally answered all my questions. All in all, it was a great experience, and I LOVE my new Golf! More

Keith Hinch in service is Amazing!! I was driving along the road and my car broke down. Not knowing what to do I called my local dealer and got a hold of Keith in the service department I was driving along the road and my car broke down. Not knowing what to do I called my local dealer and got a hold of Keith in the service department. He immediately helped me out and because I was so close to the dealer he came to pick me up while my roadside came to pick up my car. Once the driver dropped off my vehicle Keith got it taken care of as quick as they could but in the meantime he got me a loaner as well. He was a great listener and gave us excellent customer service. I explained how I did not want to waste hours being "wined and dined" by a car salesman only to be quoted a monthly payment price $200-$300 over what were able to afford. Steven did a fantastic job looking for cars that fit our budget. He sent us pictures and had the cars ready on the lot for our appointment that week. After test driving our pick, we knew all that was left was some quick financing. We were pleased with the monthly payment quote, and we drove off with a new car that night. The overall customer experience and service was wonderful. I highly recommend them! More
