I have purchased four different cars with you guys and the last time was a Tiguan 2018; Tony was involved in the middle of the process because this guy Alfredo was a pain... a big pain. But thanks to employees like Rob in the service department; yesterday Mike and also Roberto in the sales dept ; Tamara in the finance department they were great and in general I will recommend you guys to anyone.... because of them ....but for sure not because of Alfredo. Roger Phipps (service consultant) is just amazi I took my car in to have a recall service done and had an awesome experience from drop off to pick up. Roger Phipps (service consultant) is just amazing! He walked me through the process of what to expect during my visit and also made sure that I was comfortable during my wait. Angel (shuttle driver) was also great! Instead of waiting at the building, I was able to opt in on the shuttle service so that I could wait conveniently at home while they took care of my car. Angel is super nice and a great driver. Thanks David Maus VW for the great experience! More
