I was nearing the end of my lease and decided to call the dealership to discuss possibly upgrading to a larger vehicle. I had been seriously considering switching to another make entirely until I connected with Wes. Over the phone he was concise and carefully listened to my specifications and budget for a new vehicle. Because of this, he had the car that met all of my criteria already pulled up to look at by the time I arrived at the dealership only hours later. After a very short wait (less than 10 minutes) I had a serious offer that only required minor tweaks. After many negative experiences with negotiations at other dealerships I appreciated VW’s willingness to provide a competitive offer at the outset. The entire day was facilitated by Wes who continued to be friendly, energetic, and mindful of my time. More

Service advisor poor communication Purchased my first ever VW CC and super excited about it. Had issues with key fobs. Left the car for a few days and was told one remote is programmabl Purchased my first ever VW CC and super excited about it. Had issues with key fobs. Left the car for a few days and was told one remote is programmable and the other needs replacement. Dealership ordered a replacement and got paid thankfully for the replacement and reprogramming the second fob. Continued to have issues with second fob. Visited the dealership again and the advisor said they’ll order another. Over 2 weeks now and heard nothing. The advisor makes me feel like he’s doing me a favor not a paid job. The techs incompetent even in the justification of the problem fob. Much more details but feels like no one cares. Was preparing to purchase a brand new Atlas for my wife. But if this is the way dealership treats the customers after sales, I won’t go with the plan. SMH. More
