Orlando VW South

I brought my 2015 VW on 22 September to get the drivers window fix. Unfortunately when they fixed it, hey damaged the lock of the car. They said it wasn’t working before I brought the car here which is no window fix. Unfortunately when they fixed it, hey damaged the lock of the car. After I paid $700 dollars to fix the window, now they want to charge $200 to fix the lock that they damaged. The director (Rob Topping) has been really disrespectful about everything. when I complained he just threw the keys of my car and told me that they won’t be responsible. More

I had been in the market for a used car for a little while. I had an extremely bad experience with another dealer and decided to go to VW of south Orlando. I got paired up with Ivan and it was a very streamlined and relaxed process. There was a little back and forth normal car dealer stuff. I mean they do have to make a little money. But I felt comfortable dealing with Ivan and ended up purchasing a car from him. I felt he did such a good job that we bought another car for my wife a week later. In a world where people just want the best deal, I still enjoy the experience and Ivan did not disappoint. The finance department was good also. I have no complaints about the whole experience. More

Nearly all of my paperwork was prepared based on information I submitted digitally, so all I had to do was come in, review, and sign. It was refreshing to deal with a such a professional group of people who did not waste any time. Ivan also went to great lengths to help me get into the vehicle I wanted - even putting in hours on a Sunday. He is dedicated, knowledgeable, and friendly, exuding a sincerity that most other people in sales often lack. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I purchased a VW Altas SEL Premium on 4/30/2020. It was a disaster dealing with Curtis trying to make the purchase. Finally it looked like someone el I purchased a VW Altas SEL Premium on 4/30/2020. It was a disaster dealing with Curtis trying to make the purchase. Finally it looked like someone else took over and finalized the deal. Curtis then delivered the vehicle to me in West Palm Beach. It was raining bad that day so i pretty much signed everything and he was on his way. The following morning the sun was out and i noticed the vehicle had several dents on it. I brought it up to CURTIS right away and he said he would get back to me. IF i would have seen all the dents when he dropped it off, i would of just rejected the vehicle. I waited a week and then tried to reach out to him over, and over through phone, email, and text. He finally reached out to me weeks later to tell me i had to speak to the GM CHUCK WRYE concerning the matter and Chuck would be calling to speak about. Weeks went by and i did not hear anything from him. I finally called the dealership and was informed that Curtis was fired and no longer there. I spoke to the sales manager and he took down all my information and said Chuck would be contacting me. I still never heard anything back and called back 2 more times and each time they said Chuck would be giving me a call the following morning. At first i thought it was just the sales man that was just making this impossible but it seems like the entire dealership could not get it together. If i could some how go back, i would of just saved the $50k and kept my old car and saved me from this disaster. I have heard of horror stories from dealerships but have never had an experience like this before. More
