Sold me a car without proper details. Now I have to chase them. AVOID this dealership! I have now to waste time on social media informing the Orlando area and filing a complaint with VW headquarters. This is absolutely by far the worst dealership in Orlando. Since the minute I drove my car off the lot (and it was brand new) I have had nothing but problems. The service department is beyond horribl Orlando. Since the minute I drove my car off the lot (and it was brand new) I have had nothing but problems. The service department is beyond horrible. Every employee is rude and unhelpful. I have never left a review before for any type of business but I feel the need to ensure that no one buys a vehicle from this particular dealership. In fact based on my car I don’t recommend buying a Volkswagen. I have experience with Honda, Toyota, Land Rover, Audi and all of those dealerships were always respectful, helpful, and knowledgable. All characteristics this dealership lacks!!!!! More

This weekend I drove from Jacksonville, Fl to the dealership VW Orlando South to see a used vehicle when I arrived someone else was looking at the same vehicle I wanted so I decided to drive back to dealership VW Orlando South to see a used vehicle when I arrived someone else was looking at the same vehicle I wanted so I decided to drive back to Jacksonville, FL after 3 hrs later the salesperson called and said the women got denied and told me to apply on the website. After applying on the website I got approved and the Manager called and told me to come the next day and he will get all of the paperwork ready for me to sign and ask me for my driver license and insurance information. To my surprise after getting off of work the next day. I get a call from the Salesperson and he told me the dealership SOLD the vehicle to someone else. The dealership couldn't wait for me to pick up the vehicle and sold the vehicle after I was approved. This is bad business and bad Juju because this dealership doesn't care about they customers they only care about the moment when you are there, so what is the website for? The website is for customers to search for vehicle and make appointment with the dealership. I feel once you get approved there is no reason why the dealership should be selling that car before you get there. I could understand if you were not approved, but if you are approved the dealership can hold the car for you until you get there. This dealership apparently care only about the moment you are there at they dealership. This was very, very, very shady of them to do that to customers. DON'T go to this dealership because they are NOT honest or care. Now my sales person was very professional and very honest with me. I had no issues with my salesperson, just the dealership which sold the vehicle after know my salesperson already sold it to me. More
Laura in sales and the financing manager Robert were both the worst sales people I've ever dealt with customer service wise. Terrible to zero communication to someone you're trying to sell something to is de the worst sales people I've ever dealt with customer service wise. Terrible to zero communication to someone you're trying to sell something to is def not the way to get the deal. Also Robert is either totally out of touch with the way you should talk to customers or just openly rude. He sent me several emails in all caps and then went missing for a whole day after I went out of my way to send him everything he asked for and more. So thankful I ended up getting my car elsewhere and they know how to treat their guests. I do not recommend this dealership at all. Not to mention the fact that Laura rode shotgun during my test drive and I found out later that's against covid protocols for dealerships. Big yikes. After reading reviews on quality of cars I definitely feel I dodged a major bullet. Go anywhere but here if you wanna be treated like an actual person who is spending thousands of dollars and not just a burden on poor Robert. I forgot to mention that they hit my credit about ten times too even after my specific request to stop after the first four times. More

The worst buying experience I have ever had! I had a sales appointment on 1/30/2021 at 3 pm ( I have a written confirmation as proof ), I spent 1 hour 40 minutes to reach there because I was coming from sales appointment on 1/30/2021 at 3 pm ( I have a written confirmation as proof ), I spent 1 hour 40 minutes to reach there because I was coming from Tampa! I did a test drive, I signed the customer approval page (management approval was done also, I have a copy of it) I paid $5,000 using my credit card at 17.43pm. The rest of the payment was supposed to be a cashier check and as of today which is February 1, I was going to visit the bank and get the check (since I couldn't do that on a Sunday). I did not receive the paper works via e-mail after I left as promised (The buyer is my sister and she was at home with her children; therefore, she was going to sign the papers online) I gave a call to the sales representative on Sunday to inform them I did not receive anything from them. They did not pick up the phone than I sent an e-mail to Mr. Randy Franco and Ms. Laura Lazor. No answer from them. Today I gave them a call and I talked to Mr. Randy. And finally, he told me that there was a mistake, by mistake they sold the car to somebody else after I left. As I know there was one more appointment at 7 pm on Saturday. Probably VW Orlando South got a higher number from her pocket and thought that it is a better deal on their side. I will also submit a complaint directly with VW USA. I hope nobody will have that kind of experience. Upon request, I can send the pictures of my payment receipt. More
Unprofessional, Misogynistic, Poor Service, Poor Covid protocols. The buying experience is ok except for the part where the sales person sent me a video of her driving my car from another dealership o protocols. The buying experience is ok except for the part where the sales person sent me a video of her driving my car from another dealership on the highway while recording herself in a 2 minute kissy face message video that was clearly intended for someone else. Because that's the level or safety and care you want to see with a new vehicle purchase. The service department is the WORST. The service advisors are misogynists who do not believe there are issues with your car and speak to women with a condescending tone( not all but most of the service advisors I get do). The service director told me “you have to get use to driving the car” because the car was displaying warning lights and tones and violently auto braking when there was absolutely nothing around me. When I’ve taken my car in to report an issue they always tell me that there's no issue and that they've driven the car to be sure. Upon getting my service record back they've driven it for a quarter mile, which is basically around the lot, and then want to say there's nothing wrong. Then the manager drove it and sees there is clearly an issue and I've wasted yet another trip to VW to pick up the car that has not been fixed. The VW Atlas also has so many known issues that VW won't address. I use to be a fan VW but will never buy another one due to issues and terrible service. I just keep driving my issue laden under warranty car until I can get rid of it because VW won't fix it. Today the service valet brought my car up after having taken it through the car wash and having the windows up with NO mask...during a global pandemic where the transmission method is through mouth and nose. Seriously??? I then had to roll down the windows and wipe down my steering wheel and everything in the car myself before I could drive away. If you have a coupon that VW corporate emails you, you don't actually give it to the cashier as one would think as she deals with the financial end of the transaction. You have to go back to your service technician and wait for them. She can't be bothered to look at it or apply it. More
Dishonest service dept. I recently received a coupon with a special offer code for an oil change for $49.95 from this dealer. So when I took my car on Dec. 18, 2020, for the oil change, the service rep said a special offer code for an oil change for $49.95 from this dealer. So when I took my car on Dec. 18, 2020, for the oil change, the service rep said that he couldn't honor the coupon because it came from VW corporate, even though the coupon clearly says "Orlando VW South." He said he'll do the oil change for $69.99 instead. So I left. Again, poor business; dishonest service dept. More
