In the show room, listens to the general manager, Darrell, tell a service rep that he couldn’t handle my situation until he was done with his meeting telling them how to “control “the customer instead of the customer controlling you. He finally came over an hour later, was completely condescending And told me that even with multiple extended warranties, a brand new tire was not covered and I had to pay for it. 7 1/2 hours later, I called because no one called me back and was told “we had to order your tire” but we don’t know if it’ll be in until five and the shuttle stops running at four. Avoid this dealership at all costs More
**BUYER BEWARE** This dealership is in the business of scamming customers and is actively committing consumer fraud. First, let me tell you my experience. I'm a current and very happy VW owner who went scamming customers and is actively committing consumer fraud. First, let me tell you my experience. I'm a current and very happy VW owner who went in to look at a particular 2022 Atlas to lease. I had already done my homework and knew what the residual value and Money Factor (APR) was for the vehicle was before I even stepped foot in the showroom. I sat down with BOTH the sales man and general sales manager, told them what was looking to accomplish, I showed them on paper what my reasonable expectations of what i felt the deal should look like and IF they agreed we would be in that ball park we could make a deal today and I would go get the trade from my wife. They looked the numbers I presented and said "yes, this looks reasonable, please go get your trade." An hour and half later, round trip all the way to Oviedo, I'm back at the dealership. At this point the Sales Manager, with a straight face, drops the numbers in front of me showing lease terms with a 24.58% interest rate. As you can imagine after I got over the initial shock, I laughed and said "are you serious?", "That's an obvious typo, right?" At this point the general sales manager straight up said to me "Yes, those numbers are correct", and then proceeded to lecture with some long made up xx story WHY that is what the interest rate is. At that point I laughed again and left. I went home and I called both VW financial and US Bank and asked the REAL money factor on the car and both of them told me the APR is roughly around 4.3% - 4.5%. (Which matched the numbers I originally presented when I came in) So long story short, the max a dealership can mark up an interest rate is 1.5 points. Attempting to charge anything more than that is illegal. When I talked to the Orlando VW North store (their sister dealership) they told me they actually refuse to deal in anyway with their own sister store because they are that big of a bunch of xxxxxxxx at that store and they want nothing to do with them. That alone should tell you something about Orlando VW South's business practices. Not only what they are doing is morally wrong, but charging that much interest is actually consumer fraud and illegal. Additionally, in case the dealer the planning on responding by saying, "I was wrong" or I "misheard" or I "Don't understand the car business and how leases work" Fact, I've been in or around car business for 30 years so I know exactly how it all works and i know exactly what's going on. What's going in is that you're a bunch or scam artist, and the type of "stereotypical" car dealership that gives honest and ethical car dealers a bad name. More
Terrible service and deceptive advertised price. I’m happy to take my business to another dealer. $1,700 for “Optional Added Dealer Options”(nitrogen filled tires, locking lug nuts and paint protect I’m happy to take my business to another dealer. $1,700 for “Optional Added Dealer Options”(nitrogen filled tires, locking lug nuts and paint protection) and $900 in “Document Fees” were not included in their advertised price. I fully understand it’s a sellers market for used cars at that the moment but I don’t think that’s an excuse for not advertising the true price of the vehicle. Also, Kyle Nunez and Daniel Jones don’t return calls. Again, I’m happy to take my business elsewhere. More

She made us feel very comfortable and went above and beyond getting us a deal that worked for us! My family and I loved working with her and look forward to working with her and the company in the future. Thank you Laura you are truly the best! During our search for the right car we’ve worked with many sales agents and me and my family agree that you have been the best. We love our new Volkswagen so far! More

So she declined the battery i mean why replace a 9 month old $170 battery under warranty for one of there overpriced batteries when nothing is wrong with it..Hey KENNETH funny story man she went to 2 doctor appts and grocery shopping and turned the car OFF OMG and No problems of course, she was still scared because of the fear you guys instilled in her about it so i had her go to my mechanic and test the battery OMG its Perfectly fine,,Maybe you guys should get a new battery tester or STOP trying to Scare Female Senior citizens into buying crap they DONT need to pad YOUR pocket. This is the 4th time ive had her vehicle there and its always a run around they Way overcharge for the simplest thing, and Dont listen to the customer, ask them to do something and they tell you "no need we didnt have a problem with it"" Well i dont care about you not having a problem so do what we are paying you to do!!! Wont go back Wont recommend ever UNLESS i know someone who wants to throw money away. By the way Kenneth Since VW / Audi Have horriblly faulty PCV valves in them which have accounted for numerous engines to pop " yes i do know this"" I will be changing my wifes this weekend for CHEAP..If you guys were actually Honest and Fair you would receive more work More

I see many complaints about the dealer but my experience so far is positive. I selected a vehicle over the internet and scheduled an appointment with Laura. The vehicle was waiting outside upon my arrival o so far is positive. I selected a vehicle over the internet and scheduled an appointment with Laura. The vehicle was waiting outside upon my arrival on Saturday. I inspected the vehicle and drove it etc. I was introduced to the sales manager and we went over a few areas of concern and he made it right. After I got home I noticed a few factors in which I was concerned about , and returned to the dealer Monday morning and I pointed out my concerns and Again, they went to word to handle the issue. I'm personally have nothing negative to say. People nowadays complain over every minor aspect. If it doesn't go their way, is KAOS! More
