I appreciate the response however I've called the number above twice, left voicemails, and received no response. We've taken the vehicle to another dealer in town, and they were able to have the vehicle repaired in 3 weeks! Unfortunately we were not satisfied with Orlando VW South and will be using another local Orlando VW dealer going forward.
