My experience at the dealership was great from the moment we arrived. I could tell she wanted me to leave happy finding the best option for me and I did. Very happy with my Tiguan 2024 SEL! The key is to ask until you feel comfortable with the transaction and the best offer! Horrible comunication . Everything id automated i keep getting email on how was my visit and if i got all the information i needed it . I called for two days straigh never talk to a sales rep . After two days they email me that the car has been sold . I express how i felt about the bad service and being left in the dark with and email for the sales manages and directors no response whatsoever. Now i keep getting emails that say rate us or at this moment all you're question should've been answer its there anything else we can help you . I respond with my same email again and still nobody responds. I just think its automated message and looks like the right hand its not talking to the left. Would not recommend giving them your business. More
