Same ole gimmick and tricks. Buyer and shoppers beware I was trying to purchase a car after bankruptcy and was told come On in I had up to 15,000 to purchase a car. This wasn’t the case all of a sudden it was trying to purchase a car after bankruptcy and was told come On in I had up to 15,000 to purchase a car. Turns out this is Just another predictor car salesman that we have all come to hate and dread when it’s time to purchase a car, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone and I want be purchasing anything from them and will make a point to tell everyone to avoid them. They Dropped My Brand New GTi Off Of A Lift I found the sales people amazing and loved the experience of buying my first new car at the age of 31. Though with that said I have done much work to I found the sales people amazing and loved the experience of buying my first new car at the age of 31. Though with that said I have done much work to the GTi I purchased on the performance end and that was my intention for the start. When I was underneath the rear end 3 days after I purchased the car I noticed marking that shows where the car fell off the lift. I know this sign of that kind of damage I work in the industry. With pictures send to David Maus and after a conversation with VW of America nothing was done to rectify the issue. To be honest it was not that expensive to fix and really just admitting to it might have been enough by itself. A rubber mudflap and lower beam on one side is a small amount of money to make a new customer happy. I wished they would have went the extra mile for a new customer though I see they found it was not necessary. I will never bring a car into a shop that has no integrity. Sad start to a good sale. More
