Had service work done on my car 3 weeks ago; EPC light came back on called service dept. Bryan answered to say that we were supposed to bring it in at 600 miles after- NO ONE TOLD US THAT...so scheduled a came back on called service dept. Bryan answered to say that we were supposed to bring it in at 600 miles after- NO ONE TOLD US THAT...so scheduled an early 7:30am appt and after an hour they stated we don’t see any lights coming on, so we’ll need to take some things off to run another diagnostic check and that will start at $129...after they had run all diagnostics 3 weeks ago and could only find a few issues $800 later was supposed to be fixed... also when they tell you that they have a shuttle, don’t drive from more than 10 miles away- as they informed another person while I was in line this morning- thanks for that info as well... EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE - Nice people, but I didn’t drive 30+ minutes and wait an hour to have a business not back their services... NOT GOOD BUSINESS MODEL unless it’s to lose current and future service business. THANKS! More

Shopping Around Visited the dealership sometime in December, price was 1k higher than other place about an hour away, wanted to see if they could match or beat, inste Visited the dealership sometime in December, price was 1k higher than other place about an hour away, wanted to see if they could match or beat, instead they explained what the other dealer does to advertise its price when I know for fact the dealership pricing is transparent as I bought from the other guy and drove the distance before. After reviewing the worksheet the number's wasn't close but looked at one certified. Didn't like the mileage on the certified, so started walking back from the used section to dealer, sales person got completely desperate in pointing out EVERY SINGLE used car that was for sale, in my mind I was thinking "is this guy serious", it was laughable once I got in my car and drove away. More
