She got her Tiguan in Northern VA and I'm just outside Orlando so that speaks to the quality of VW dealerships in the region. Of course, my guys are better than her guys, but we love them all. More

It was a great experience, I've not encountered anything like it before. Ajay greeted me at the door, I told him what I was looking for, he brought a car out to test drive. I brought in my 2007 Eos for service and decided it was time for a new one. At the end of the day I left with a new 2013 Eos that I love! We went to David Maus VW South to get my car, then drove back as a test drive, which was perfect! Wesley was completely informed about the features of the car and made sure I was too before I left. Matt was so easy to work with and gave me such a good price on my trade-in and the new car I couldn't find anything to negotiate! The Service Department always treats me like family, and this carried over into sales. Gary worked magic recognizing some extras I wanted were part of a package and I could get some savings that way. Fantastic to have people thinking that way - thanks! And Paola is an absolute gem! She made sure I was comfortable with everything I'd gone through and the delivery of the car. So friendly yet professional! As I said, I've always loved the Service Department (Kappy, Mark, Brian, & Will!) and recommend them without hesitation. I'm now a fan of the Sales Department as well. First off, they have a great selection of cars - largest inventory of VW's I've seen in Florida.
