My new Custom made car I had a 2003 VW that I was bringing in to be serviced and the result came back as too much to repair......When the service rep Mark explained to me of I had a 2003 VW that I was bringing in to be serviced and the result came back as too much to repair......When the service rep Mark explained to me of the repairs needed on my old VW....I soon realized it was time for another car....I approached a sales rep ( Alex) who helped me greatly....He showed me the VW 2013 Jetta....At first I did not like it for I did not like the rims that were currently on them and the interior was not to my liking......I had also wanted tinted windows of which it did not have....Alex first approved my credit and then told me how much I can do and work with.......He introduced me to Branden in sales and I told him I was not happy with the vehicle......Branden told me what was it that they can help me with ....I explained to him I was looking for leather interior and the rims were not VW rims.......He then told me they would approve for me to upgrade to leather seats of my liking and to choose the color scheme of my choice...They gave me rims that I chose and tinted windows.....It came down to where I am so pleased of my new car....It is a totally redone vehichle to fit me personally and I am so pleased with the out come.......I am also so very pleased with the staff at Volkswagen David Maus on Lee Rd.....Even down to the sales managers and Paula...She was so nice and extremely friendly......she called to see if everything was to my liking....she even took my car and vaccumed it herself and put new floor mats in for me.........Kudos to you and the great staff at VW for making me happy and loving my new car.....You guys are great......Thank you..... Took all the stress out of buying a car! Shopped for cars online after mine died on me. NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLES when you trying to buy car from these peoples becareful they will set you up with false information try to sale you the car anyway they can specially when you trying to buy car from these peoples becareful they will set you up with false information try to sale you the car anyway they can specially BRANDON RALLO AND PAOLA FERNANDEZ..they give zero (0) care about costumers after they set you up and sale you the car.....DAVID MAUS VW NORTH is nothing but a joke...never do anything right...they will do anything for you to just sale the car to you ..after they sold the car just to make comission than give a zero( 0)care about them costumers....and cant even keep the promisses they give....they said car will come with xzilan paint protection they never did it..its just a big lie...they say we will tint your windows they will give 45 days and its a week day which is they know most peoples works weeks days..and next appointment they give you again 45 days and still week they....please do your self a favor and never believe or trust what DAVID MAUS SAYS...they are nothing but time wasters as long as they get their commisions ...
