Wow Duckens Normil was phenomenal I came in the morning to service my vehicle. And while I was waiting a young man came to ask me to help him with a survey that was required by his man I came in the morning to service my vehicle. And while I was waiting a young man came to ask me to help him with a survey that was required by his managers. We had a great conversation through out the survey. Very easygoing young man. I really felt like our conversation really met something. I actually learned a lot from this man I learned so many positive leasing options. I had told him I absolutely hate leasing and he broke it down to me and asked me questions to make sure I understood what he was saying. I really wish there were more people like this man. Alejandro Lorie in sales, along with Charlotte Alvarado in finance and I had a challenging situation with the TDI buyback and I needed a car quickly. Alejandro Lorie in sales, along with Charlotte Alvarado in finance and Alex Sloughton in management made it very easy. They also fixed everything I asked for on the purchased car. Further, the buyback was a slow and complicated process and everyone was very flexible with payment and Alejandro in particular worked very hard on my behalf. I am in sales and customer service in a different industry and I have to say this was a first class experience. I love David Maus North, I've been coming for service for years but I'm glad to have finally bought a car there and would do so again! More

The most unprofessional GM and salesmen I've ever met I was sold a truck that they said was perfect. The salesman that sold truck was actually the previous owner. 3 days later I found out it has severe fr I was sold a truck that they said was perfect. The salesman that sold truck was actually the previous owner. 3 days later I found out it has severe frame damage that they did not disclose. I can't even get it insured let alone drive it due to the severity of structural damage. The GM response was "as is" and told me to leave and called cops to get me trespassed...... I never even raised my voice. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enwmy More

A Stellar Experience After visiting and discussing my current end of lease status with the VW dealership where I originally leased my car (who I later learned greatly dist After visiting and discussing my current end of lease status with the VW dealership where I originally leased my car (who I later learned greatly distorted facts), I went to David Maus VW - North...the dealership that has been servicing my car throughout my lease. The Sales Professional, Alejandro Lorie, (and I really mean "professional") did not jump to conclusions and "push" what would be best for him regarding a new car sale but rather first questioned my needs and listened to my "senior citizen" goals regarding going forward with a decision. He was honest, fair and after discussing options and my making a decision, he processed my transaction smoothly and in a very timely manner. While waiting, he even arranged for my car to be washed and detailed...a highly appreciative gesture. The Finance Manager, Charlie Alvarado, was informative in explaining all the details of the transaction and it was very nice for the New Car Sales Manager, Wayne McGilvray, to introduce himself and be available for questions. I am VERY satisfied how I was treated and the way Alejandro made this a pleasant experience. Thank you David Maus VW - North! I will recommend you and especially Alejandro every chance I get. More

A breath of fresh air compared to my last purchase It had been 13 years since my last car purchase and I had gotten taken. So, this time I did my homework. Among other things, I secured my own financ It had been 13 years since my last car purchase and I had gotten taken. So, this time I did my homework. Among other things, I secured my own finances and researched the car I wanted to buy before heading over to the dealership. It was the only Kia Soul that David Maus Volkswagen had on it's lot and it was mine! Thanks to Jomar Martinez, I was able to purchase the car for the amount I wanted (as well as I got exactly what I wanted for my trade-in). He was not rude or pushy, and was very patient even with as many times as I had him go back to the finance manager with not only my questions but with questions also from my mechanic. Thanks also to the young man who showed me the car and who was also there on the following day when I went back to seal the deal and complete all paperwork. More
