Less than stellar after the sale. Sales process is good. Wife and I found this dealership while looking for a used late model VW convertible. We traveled from the Tampa area because they had what we wanted, Wife and I found this dealership while looking for a used late model VW convertible. We traveled from the Tampa area because they had what we wanted, When I went to see the car it had quite the little ping in it on the passenger side, Contingency was made during the sale to have the ping taken care of which they did and did a beautiful job by the way, When we arrived to pick up the car we were surprised to find new damage and a new ping and scratches at least 12 inches long on the drivers side. Totally careless. The damage was definitely new and salesman tried to and was able to remove some of it with his finger. But definitely not what I expected to find when we picked it up, Besides that our salesman Danny Gaines was a pleasure to deal with so if you have your mind made up go see him. I won't be back. I have taken a few weeks to cool off before writing this review but I think everyone should know my experience, More
