Deceitful and ZERO Integrity I was in search of a new VW. I did my due diligence and contacted multiple dealers seeing what they had to offer. After verifying "out the door" price I was in search of a new VW. I did my due diligence and contacted multiple dealers seeing what they had to offer. After verifying "out the door" price multiple times with my salesman through both email and phone, I decided to go with Maus. They were local and were within $100 dollars of my best offer. I notified the other dealers I was no longer interested. As I was preparing to purchase the vehicle, they informed me they had made a mistake. Due to a "typo" they added 3k to the previously quoted price and refused to honor their original deal. The offer from the other dealership that originally beat Maus is no longer available as they already sold that car to another customer. Now I am out of a car and feel like I have been taken advantage of. I understand we are human and make mistakes, but after verifying the quoted price multiple times, I find this hard to believe. Tried multiple times to speak with the GM, but he was never available… This dealership has no integrity and should be ashamed of themselves in the way they do business. Should have followed the advice of all the others who had poor experiences here. I will never take my business to any Maus dealership and will advise all friends and family to do the same. More

I had originally made an appointment to have my check engine light and my AC check at your South location, but being new to Orlando only just a month I end up going to the north location. Big mistake I tell you. I spoke to someone in your south location regarding my situation, they quickly ask me if my car was under warranty...I told them yes. I gave the service advisor my VIN, he checked it out and told me I was all set. You would need to pay for your deductible. I get to my appointment thinking I was in the south location, but was in the north. Soon I walk in the door I could just smell the lack of customer service. after 10 minutes of waiting, I was approached by Mark the worst service advisor I've ever met. Zero personality, no customer service. Told him I had an appointment, gave him my name but he couldn't find it. He ask my very rudly what are you here for and what location did you make your appointment. Told him it was with you guy, he reply you made it in the south but ill take you since you are here. Told him what was going on, he told me their will be a charge of 150 for each problem that is going on with your car. I told him my car is under warranty, the only thing I would need to pay for is my deductible. he repeatedly told me that I would still may have to pay just to see what is going on with my car. Mark if you had ask me what my VIN was and you had taking to the time to check to see what type of warranty I have we wouldn't have to go back in fourth. I ask him if you guy give out loaners. He told me only for customers who purchase cars from us. I said ok... no worries, my wife is on her way to get me. Saturday noon time never got a phone call from Mark, I ended up calling to check on my car. Mark told me they couldn't find anything wrong with my car and that the only code that come up was because my oil level was low, I said I just got an oil change from the dealer in Mass a month ago, that's would be impossible! He repeatedly told me that they will be a fee of 300 plus tax just to check. Not once did Mark took the time to check my VIN to see what type of warranty I had in my car. 3 O'clock that Saturday he called me to tell me my car was ready to be picked up and hang up. When I arrived I waited 20 minutes with out a word from him, but mack was out side with he's co workers talking taking he's time even though he saw me waiting. I kept my cool, and waited. Then he screamed across the room ill take you now. Gave me my key and said you are all set. No explanation of what was done to my car, no thank you, nothing. Thanks Mark, you will never see my in your store ever. The sad part about this is all this would have been avoided if you took the time to be a people's person and be a goo service advisor. By the way Mark as we speak I'm in the market for a new GTI, do you think il will come and give you my business......NO!!! More
