Service Experience The dealership was very friendly and accommodating. Completed the service quickly. I do have a complaint but not necessarily with the dealership it could just be with Volkswagen. I had the car serviced specifically because while driving the car straight the steering wheel cocked off to the left. If I hold the wheel straight the car drives off to the right. The service department completed a 4 wheel alignment. I have no doubt that the vehicle drives straight,however, it still does so with the streering wheel cocked off to the left. I suppose I have to accept that this is just the way the car is. I do, however, expect more out of a brand new car. More
