Bought a car/ item stolen in service center I purchased a car at David Maus VW North on Saturday and was asked to bring it back first thing on Monday morning at 8am for a few minor things. I had a rental which was fully covered and I was grateful. After leaving the dealership I realized my sunglasses were in the door but figured my car was probably in the service center so I figured I would just buy a cheap pair which I ended up doing. Little did I know, that when I would pick up my car my Tory Burch sunglasses would be gone. I had a cheap pair in the glove box (which I wear to water parks etc) which remained but not the expensive $238 ones. I mentioned it to the service representative and he pretty much blew me off until I repeated it for the second time. I was polite I didn’t make a fuss, I just wanted my sunglasses. He asked me to look around the car, I looked and stated I had not put much in the car because I knew it was coming back to the shop that Monday. I drove it home after purchasing it, and it was parked all weekend. He stated his manager was gone for the day and she would call me the following day. I waited for a call until 12:38pm the following day after which I called the service desk and left a message for my service rep. I received a call from the service manager regarding the work that was done, which was all good. It appeared because that was not her area or why she was calling, she didn’t want to hear about it. She was very nice but she didn’t acknowledge why I was saying. About thirty minutes later, Misty called regarding the sunglasses, she listened to me. I even said I had a receipt for the sunglasses I purchased to carry me over and that didn’t really seem to matter to her. She stated her three mechanics have been there for a long time and they would not steal a customers valuables. She even said, one of the guys said they had their own sunglasses. So I said, so pretty much you are saying I am lying. She said, I can file a police report if you would like. I said, what would that do? I told her I am not mad at her but this is a horrible experience and bad service. I told her I will place a review everywhere possible. I am very disappointed and regret I now have to do business with these people for the next few years. More

He spent some time playing with our 3 and 5 year old little boys while we were with the Finance Manager.And he even cleaned out our trade in and strapped in the 2 car seats for us so we could be on our way quicker after we were done. Also Brian parked my old truck next to my new truck and took some pictures for me. Also Johan the Finance Manager had a good personality and was very informative on all of the paperwork. All in all a very pleasant experience with this dealership and i would definitely recommend them if your in the market for another vehicle. 😀 More

One of the most OUTSTANDING Auto purchases I've ever made David Maus VW was the 9th dealership I visited on my recent hunt for a new company car. We are given a set down payment and monthly cost for a 36 mo David Maus VW was the 9th dealership I visited on my recent hunt for a new company car. We are given a set down payment and monthly cost for a 36 month lease. I gave each of the 9 dealers that information up front. Evidently Wes Joseph was the only one not hard of hearing!! I told Wes what I wanted he immediately took me to a unit that fit 98% of my needs and requests, told me this one was missing two items I wanted but he was confident he could meet my requests 100% within 48 hours, again the only one that even came close to what I was looking for. We took a test drive, and he explained and answered EVERY question without hesitation or doubt, the ONLY one out of the 9 dealerships that could do that. When I decided to move forward he found me that 100% unit I was looking for within minutes and the rest is history. I am now driving my new VW Atlas equipped EXACTLY as I requested and at the price, no games, he originally gave me. My next car will require only a visit to ONE dealership not NINE, and I will be buying from Wesley and his excellent sales manager Alex at David Maus VW North in Orlando.
