Pleasantly surprised I arrived in Orlando on Thursday and went on the same day to see about a Volkswagen Tiguan for my daughter. Derrick was outside as we parked and greet I arrived in Orlando on Thursday and went on the same day to see about a Volkswagen Tiguan for my daughter. Derrick was outside as we parked and greeted us pleasantly, and asked if he could help. He was so very easy going, no pressure kind of guy, very chill but super knowledgeable about the car my daughter wanted. We told him what she wanted, and he brought us exactly what she asked for! I mean he did not try to bait and switch or talk us into anything more than what we wanted. My daughter drove it, we discussed payments for a lease and he was able to offer a payment that was also what she wanted. We had a great experience from start to finish. And finish by the way, means he took care of all the details with insurance, registration and the next day she took possession of the car! I highly recommend that if you’re looking for a Volkswagen, go out of your way if you have to and see Derrick at David Maus North!!! More
