He demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the vehicle, did a fantastic job of covering all the features for us, and did the best job of comparing the features of the 4 Tiguan trim levels. The dealer had great selection and sale prices, better than offered to me elsewhere in Orlando, and gave us excellent financing through VW Credit. I especially appreciated that David Maus dealt directly and honestly in our financial arrangements, and did not play that game of adjusting price versus financing rate versus trade-in value like some dealers will do to make a sale.
