The sales area has a very open feel and that contributes to a very transparent situation. The sales team was very respectful of both my time and my interests. My sales rep, Ema, worked with me over the phone and via text for two and a half days before I came into the store. It was through her efforts along with her sales manager, Wayne, that I was able to come to terms on the right car at the right price. My time with the finance manager, Michael, was short, sweet, and to the point - with no undue pressure to make add-on purchases. It seemed that everyone in the dealership during the time I was there (about 4 hours) was actually smiling and enjoying what they were doing - and I mean both employees and customers. I'll close with a "thank you" to everyone involved, including the detailer (whose name escapes me), who stayed late on a Sunday night and never even hinted at rushing me through my decision making. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone living from Tampa to Vero Beach (my place of residence) and of course the Orlando area who is in the market for a VW. More
