Long story short, we ended up meeting with him the same day, as he was able to schedule us in immediately and conveniently. He listened to all of our concerns and advised that he would let us see the car, test drive, and then go over all options. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different options as well. We went for our test drive with myself, my husband and our two little ones, of which we were able to see how their car seats fit in the vehicle of interest. After the test drive Brett took us in and gave us estimates, without pressuring to run credit checks, of the different options we had. We then decided to proceed with the best option for us. Brett was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient (which we had two little ones under 3 with us), and never pressured us during the process, only offered what he knew and advice. He was excellent to work with and we look forward to continuing business with him and Volkswagen. If anyone is looking to purchase a new car and has doubts about the options available, Brett is one that will be open, honest, up front, and guiding with no pressure. Thanks again Brett! FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES!! I was working with Brett and Wayne and the General Manager Randy in getting my new VW Jetta. I live several hours away from Orlando, so for the pre I was working with Brett and Wayne and the General Manager Randy in getting my new VW Jetta. I live several hours away from Orlando, so for the previous 2 weeks, I reviewed every detail of my transaction and the exact amount that I would be required to bring with me to pickup my new VW. I confirmed the exact requirements and funds needed with these representatives at this dishonest dealership, via telephone, email and text, for the 2 weeks prior to my trip to Orlando today; to ensure that it would be a smooth transaction. Instead, when I arrived there, everything changed! They were requiring a significant amount of additional funds to get my transaction completed! With total disregard for what we had already agreed upon! This is deceitful, fraudulent business practice!! Don't be fooled by their smooth double talk, nor trust any emails or texts , whatsoever.! I advise everyone to avoid this Dealership at all costs! They are swindling thieves! Thanks for wasting my time and Money!! More

My experience put me into contact with at least 3 different individuals - Shawn, the Sales guy or David Maus rep, Wayne, the Sales manager who was the go between in getting my offer countered or approved, and Mike, the Finance guy who was responsible for completing transaction, i.e. taking the payment. I was in and out relatively quickly and the transaction was painless. More
