Inquiry gone PERFECT thanks to Brett and his awesome service Inquired online about a vehicle that I had hoped to purchase, and received a response from Brett Gold. Long story short, we ended up meeting with him Inquired online about a vehicle that I had hoped to purchase, and received a response from Brett Gold. Long story short, we ended up meeting with him the same day, as he was able to schedule us in immediately and conveniently. He listened to all of our concerns and advised that he would let us see the car, test drive, and then go over all options. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different options as well. We went for our test drive with myself, my husband and our two little ones, of which we were able to see how their car seats fit in the vehicle of interest. After the test drive Brett took us in and gave us estimates, without pressuring to run credit checks, of the different options we had. We then decided to proceed with the best option for us. Brett was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient (which we had two little ones under 3 with us), and never pressured us during the process, only offered what he knew and advice. He was excellent to work with and we look forward to continuing business with him and Volkswagen.
