Get Everything in Writing! I am a patient person, but almost a year after I purchased my VW, my patience is gone. I am still waiting on Frank Rowley to fulfill his promise of I am a patient person, but almost a year after I purchased my VW, my patience is gone. I am still waiting on Frank Rowley to fulfill his promise of switching my spare tire to a full size. As I have always had full size tire spares, and that was a condition of my purchase. Frank has made every excuse, but ultimately has completely failed to fulfill his promise. The latest excuse is that a full size will not fit my spare storage, but he would continue to look for one for me. Really? No one knew that a year ago? And if it will not fit, why continue to search? My recommendation for purchasing a car from Frank Rowley is get absolutely everything in writing. That was my mistake. I wish I could take back the glowing review I wrote in January 2018 when I actually trusted Frank. More

Fantastic Service My wife and I were driving south for the winter when we heard a sudden screeching noise from the engine of our 2011 VW Tiguan. We were five miles from Orlando on US Route 4 so we pulled of the highway at Lee Road to check it out. When we opened the hood the noise was deafening so I Googled VW dealers and found Mars Volkswagen one half mile away. When we arrived Brian, a Service Representative, was quick to suggest it may be a Breather Valve. He advised us that we should not drive it any farther for fear of causing significant damage to the engine. He went on to say that the Service Department was booked solid but he would do his best to diagnose the problem and recommend a solution as quickly as he could. Long story short, Brian had us back on the road within two hours. He was gracious, concerned, communicative and very customer focused. We had a great experience and thank Brian for his professionalism and kind assistance! More
