Bryan Alexander did not make me feel comfortable, when me and my mother was speaking to him he would only show attention to my mother he belittled me by not giving me eye contact when being spoken to. Also the manager basically said she’s not being paid to fix my car (warranty) so she won’t help after getting frustrated with my mother. More

Safety Recall I would have given Mark 5 stars, however, I did not actually meet him. He was busy so another service adviser (Brian) helped me check-in.
