I was in the market for a New Infinti and I had heard that Orlando Infiniti had moved from there previous location in Maitland to I4 and conroy, across from the Millenia Mall. I agreed to come into the Dealership and was very suprised by the service I received. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain the benefits of purchasing a car from there location. I went to the dealership to look at a G35 and after spending a few minutes in the showroom a guy came out of the large glass office on the showroom floor and asked if I needed help. I shopped over over the Internet to purchase my next vehicle and I was stuck between buying the Infiniti G35 and the BMW 335i. When I asked for a price and payment from Brian at Orlando Infiniti he not only gave it to my but answered all the questions I had about the vehicle which was important to me since this was the first new car i ever bought. He every took the time to help me compare the Infiniti to the BMW which not one other dealer i visited would do for me except to just tell me there vehicle was better. Brian and all the people at Orlando Infiniti made my car buying experience great and I just want to thank them. they where very busy the day I went into pick up my vehicle but Brian still took the time and completely showed me everything about the vehicle and even took a quick drive with me to make sure i was comfortable with the new car. Earl the finance guy explained everything and didn't pressure me to buy any of the "extras." They assigned Joel go over the car with me and explain all the features. He even helped me set up my bluetooth phone which I really appreciated. Everyone at the dealer was very pleasant and nice. They even offered me something to drink and soon as I walked in. They will nickel and dime you to death, gave me terrible offer for my trade in. Also made an $11 mistake on charging for my registration, which they told me they would take care of, then withheld my plate offer for my trade in. They didn't even notify me that my plate had come in and that it was being held for that reason, had to call inquiring about the status of my plate to find out. Shop at a different dealership if possible. More
