They contacted me to answer any questions that may have come up after driving my car for a few days, and they CONTINUE TO WORK WITH ME on my desires (rear spoiler, rim locks) even though I have inked the deal. I live in Tampa, but this dealer offered a price that made it worth my while to drive and buy from them. Pickup experience was generally pleasant, with no suprises. Some up-sell for add-ons, but not a hard sell. One of the models promised in stock before I left Tampa was in fact was sold before I arrived, but Damian brought another identical one to me the next morning and we met 1/2 way between Tampa and Orlando. Additionally, he sent me an iPod cable via overnight UPS when one was missing from the vehicle. I highly recommend giving them a call if you are in the market for an Infiniti in Florida. This is my 4th lease with Orlando Infiniti. They have always gone out of their way to make the process painless and quick (two factors that are critical to me.) The cars are typically a much better value than other luxury brands and they perform extremely well. On the occassions that we've needed service Orlando Infiniti has always been helpful and efficient.
