To date Orlando Infiniti has damaged my vehicle, not fixed issues that were supposed to be fixed, and not performed service that was supposed to be performed. Great shop to buy from, but save yourself fixed issues that were supposed to be fixed, and not performed service that was supposed to be performed. Great shop to buy from, but save yourself dollars and use only for warranty work. Take it to Nissan or an independent for service - they're quality of service is far sub par. They'll "wash" your car, but it'll still be dirty. ve given Orlando Infiniti far too many chances to redeem themselves, it's over - our relationship has ended. My warranty is about up (thank God) and from now on service is being done at Nissan dealerhsips. They're not as fancy inside, but their service is superior - which I still find amazing, but it's my experience. More

this dealership provided me with excellent service when i came in looking for a car to buy. i ended up buying a g37 sedan and the whole process was made seamless by kevin sternett and the rest of the staff. came in looking for a car to buy. i ended up buying a g37 sedan and the whole process was made seamless by kevin sternett and the rest of the staff. they also haven't forgotten me now that they have already sold me the car, very responsive and responsible. i was a long time bmw person but this dealership was able to sway me to infiniti, that's how good they are. update: 7/29/10 time to have my 1st oil change so i called the dealership for an appointment. can you believe i have to wait a week for an oil change? this is the 1st dealership i've seen where you have to wait so long for an oil change that most other dealerships can do even without an appointment. amazing! this leads me to my next point, i bought an elite maintenance plan when i bought my car. big mistake! there's nothing elite about this kind of wait. so of course i cancelled it. kevin from sales and janet from finance were of course very nice and apologetic about this. unfortunately there is onloy so much that they can do about this. the car is excellent but the service department needs a lot of work, otherwise they will bring this car dealership down a few notches. My wife and I met Steve Graham on our first visit to Orlando Infinity. Steve was very courteous and easy to talk to. He showed us several different models and there was always no pressure to buy. We traded in a Landrover and were given near bluebook price. Steve also gave us a very good price on the new car. Steve is a super person to work with. He wants to make sure you are happy with what you are buying. After the sale, he took the time to upload our phones and put in our home address on the navigation system. He also called a couple of days after the sale to ensure everything was OK and to answer any questions we might have had. Highly recommend this Dealership to anyone who wants an easy car buying experience. Staff at this dealership is top notch. My personal opinion is to ask for Steve Graham and you will enjoy buying your car at this dealership. More

My local dealership ( Atlantic Infiniti) tried to give me the run around with pricing and the exact car that I wanted.I wanted a very specific exterior color,interior color ,wood trim combo.Atlantic told me that "its impossible to find".David Menne at Orlando Infiniti not only got me the exact car I wanted but also a great deal.Im thinking I wouldnt even mind driving a couple of hours every few months to get my car serviced at Orlando instead of Jacksonville. This is the 3rd Infiniti I have had - 1 leased; 1 purchased and now bought an Infiniti 2010 M. I have always had a pleasurable buying experience with this dealership. I have followed this dealership from Eatonville to their new location. For this purchase I did a comparison shopping of other autos (e.g., Honda, Lexus, Acura) and I just wanted to go "home". The two things that set this dealership apart from others is "customer service" and the "non-pressured selling environment". I met with my salesperson Carey almost 6 months ago and she was patient and concerned that " I do and buy what felt right for me." Kudos to her for that attitude. Mr. Sean O'Sullivan was fair regarding pricing and I did my homework. He listened and was willing to engage in a "win-win" situation (hmmmm a Covey business principle). Carey came to my home to do a "detailed" explanation of each feature of the car and it was much appreciated. I have also had the pleasure of having a consistent service representative (Julio) during my Infiniti auto ownership. I would like to thank him for excellent service. I recently purchased a new Infinity G37 coupe through the Internet Sales Program. I was very pleased with the process and helpfulness of the staff of Orlando Inifinty. Internet Sales Manager Kevin McGill and Sales Consultant Nigel Ramsaroop provided prompt and complete information prior to the sale. I unexpectedly found myself passing the dealership late in the afternoon on a Saturday. Even though I did not have an appointment, I stopped in. I was greeted cordially by Kevin and Nigel. I had already done considerable research and knew what I was looking for. Orlando Infinity had the car I was looking for at a price I wanted to pay. The transaction was quick and painless. The staff actually stayed after closing hours to complete the paperwork and prepare the car for me to drive out that evening. I was in and out with my new car in a little over an hour. Nigel went over the features of the car with me, including programming my cellular phone into bluetooth, etc. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have spoken with Nigel twice by phone and he has been very helpful on both occassions. Overall, I am very happy with my experiences with Orlando Infinity and their staff. Hopefully, my continued dealings with the dealership will be as pleasant. More

This is the 1st Infiniti dealership I've encountered that truly embraces and knows how to handle sales generated via the internet ! Manuel was easy to work with and knew the features, functions and available options of the car 100%. We noticed 1 minor issue with the car we chose during the test drive and that got repaired prior to delivery. Manuel was even able to get the windows tinted as we requested on very short notice, saving us a trip back to the dealership. Orlando Infiniti is actually further away from me than 2 other dealers, but the aggressive pricing and accommodating staff make it worth the extra drive time to get there. And it appears their service is 1st class as well ! More
