2005 Infinity QX56 purchased brand new. Vehicle dash gauges went bad due to a known "campaign". The owner went out of his way to contact me and set up a meeting in which everything ended up being resolved beautifully. I have been a client of this dealer since veh purchased new in 2005 and was really taken back by the effort involved to help resolve my issue. I never expected this in a dealership but Infinity really proved themselves on how far they will go to satisfy there loyal customers. Thank You for everything Peter and Robert! More
I knew I wanted my next car to be an Infiniti G37 Sport convertible. I had previously been to another Orlando-based dealership and found a G37 Sport which I liked -- only to find out the dealership sold t convertible. I had previously been to another Orlando-based dealership and found a G37 Sport which I liked -- only to find out the dealership sold the car out from under me while I was in the middle of their "financing process"... Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. The next day I received an email from Cece Van Brussel at Orlando Infiniti. She was responding to an inquiry I made online after noticing that they had a G37 Sport on their lot for sale. Cece then called me and made me feel very comfortable from the start and giving me all the information I needed to know about the car. We set an appointment and I went and test drove the car. Cece was the ultimate professional. Providing me with all the information I needed, but also not applying the typical "car buying" pressure that so many of us have experienced when buying cars. I ultimately did not make my purchase during that first appointment, but somehow Cece knew I would be back to buy the car. Well... she was right. Cece stayed in touch with me after the first appointment, but again in a very professional manner. I knew she was there to help me, but I never was pressured and never got the feeling that she "needed" the sale. I'm in sales myself, so I know there is a fine line between professionally following-up with someone and being pushy. Cece and the entire team at Orland Infiniti have it done to a science! I LOVE MY NEW INFINITI Q50S - I quickly grew out of my Coupe and needed to get a bigger car. I got the new Q50 Sport and am in love with it! Dylan was my sales rep and was fantastic! I know the car sales industry isn't the easiest to work in dealing with customers trying to buy cars for practically for free and salesman trying to make a living but Cece never once made me feel pressured in anyway. All the staff at Orlando Infiniti are very friendly, willing to help, and extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles they sell. I purchased a White M35 earlier this year andI love the car; zero issues and even if I did im sure it would be handled promptly by Orlando Infiniti. Thank you Cece and the rest of your colleges for one of the best car buying experiences ive ever had. I will recommend all of my friends and family to you. More

I just brought my QX56 in for it's first oil change and the service department is just as amazing. You pull up and have a personal assistant right away to greet you and see what you need done. Everyone was so friendly and nice. And I have to say I love how they vacuumed my car and washed it too! With 4 kids I have a constant battle so this was great. I highly recommend buying from Joel and Orlando Infiniti. One of our best decisions. More

He goes above and beyond every time we deal with him teaching us to use everything and always willing to help with follow up questions on the phone. In addition he is simply a pleasure to work with. We know this is true with every customer because we sent a friend to Joel last year after dealing with another sales person who didn’t call them back and follow through. This person had a bad perception of Orlando Infiniti. I contacted Joel gave him the information and Joel was able to work out a deal making the customer happy and keeping true the brand Orlando Infiniti represents. My wife and I are expecting, I called Joel a month ago told him we were looking for a 2011 QX56 white with Black Interior, to my surprise Joel told me he had one coming in. Sure enough the truck was everything he said and more. I am very pleased with Joel and the Team or Orlando Infiniti, I do live in Lake Mary 2 miles from your new dealer ship however, I will go to Orlando to work with Joel and Nick in finance they are such pleasure to work with. At Orlando Infiniti I never felt uncomfortable or had a sour taste “buyer’s remorse” after any purchase. Our experience at this dealership was wonderful. On an extremely hot Sunday, Nigel Ramsaroop spent a great deal of time on the lot with us showing us a selection of cars. He did not rush us - and gave us the opportunity to spend some time in each car we looked at. Although we have owned Infinitis for many years we had just looked at a Lexus and were seriously considering it. Nigel did not go into "why not to buy a Lexus" - but pointed out the features we were interested in on the Infiniti - very professional. Since we are new to this area we hope our pleasant experiences at this dealership will continue on such a positive note. 9/8/13 - I would like to add that today I had a problem with the car and contacted the dealership. Left a voice message and e-mail and no response. I told the receptionist the car had to be serviced tomorrow and was told someone would contact me in the morning to see if they could give me an appointment. Not good customer service - salesman should have returned my call, and if I'm telling them I have a problem with a brand new car they should say "bring it in" - not that they will see if an appointment can be made. In addition I called earlier in the week to find out if I was entitled to a refund on my registration - still no response on that. Seems like once you buy the car they are done with you. My opinion has changed drastically. More
