Johnathan in service was amazing we had a warranty issue with our radio and no other infinity dealership or personnel was able to correct the problem. Johnathan took control of the si we had a warranty issue with our radio and no other infinity dealership or personnel was able to correct the problem. Johnathan took control of the situation and resolved the problem when nobody else was able to. we picked up the vehicle and all repairs were performed as promised, "what else can you ask for from a dealership?" except to have promises kept.. thank you Orlando Infinity and Johnathan and the rest of the team. I still look forward to driving my M37 and was never so happy with the car buying process. I just went back to Infiniti Orlando and bought my QX80 from Kim. I told him what I was looking for and the price I wanted to spend. He called me a few days later with the perfect car. I have never bought two cars from the same person before. It has been a great experience and I would recommend Infiniti Orlando to anyone. More
