I came in for a routine oil change and Orlando Infiniti offered an extended warranty and which I added to my vehicle. I Dropped my vehicle off a month later for repairs. After Orlando Infiniti had my vehicle in their possession for over four weeks, I received a call from the service manager Lee Messersmith stating that the warranty wouldn't cover my repairs. I contacted the warranty company which advised that Orlando Infiniti had sold me the wrong warranty (Orlando Infiniti sold me a warranty for a brand new vehicle). Lee Messersmith attempted to lie and defraud paperwork to avoid taking responsibility for this error. I asked to speak with the General Manager, which he never called and continued sending messages through Lee and I just couldn't believe the poor level of service and unprofessional behavior. I've contacted corporate relations which advised this location is a franchise and there's nothing corporate can do. Hearing the name Infiniti you would expect superb customer service and honesty. Unfortunately, this is not the case for this location. Avoid this location!! More

He gave me an outstanding price upfront got me out of my lease and was the most patient and knowledgeable salesman I've ever worked with. He made me feel comfortable before I even came to the dealership. There was no pressure or anything he was very attentive and even went out of his way to find and retrieve me the car I asked for from another dealership. He kept me informed through the entire process and overall gave me the best experience I've ever had buying a car! More

DO NOT PURCHASE THE XYLON THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE MANY ISSUES I HAVE ENDURED WITH THIS COMPANY. ONE WORD IS REGRET OF THIS PURCHASE. I PURCHASED THE XYLON PROTECTIVE PACKAGE THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE MANY ISSUES I HAVE ENDURED WITH THIS COMPANY. ONE WORD IS REGRET OF THIS PURCHASE. I PURCHASED THE XYLON PROTECTIVE PACKAGE. APPARENTLY YOUR CAR IS LEFT THERE A DAY EXTRA TO DO SO. SO I MADE A CLAIM WHICH IS WORSE THAN A TYPICAL INSURANCE CLAIM. YOU HAVE TO TAKE PICTURES SEND TO THE COMPANY SO MY POINT IS IT IS THIRD PARTY. THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT HELPED ME FILE MY CLAIN FROM ORLANDO INFINITI WAS THE BEST BUT AS SHE STATED IT WAS THE XYLON REP TED GOFF WHO IN FACT SAID THE CALIM WAS DENIED BECAUSE...BRACE YOURSELF... I NEVER ATTEMPED TO CLEAN AND OR TREAT THE STAIN. HELLO I DID WIPE IT OFF AND IT DID NOT WORK HERE YOU COME IN FOR THE SERVICE I PAID FOR. THEN I GET AN EMAIL STATING MY CLAIM WAS NOT FILED WITHIN 60 DAYS FO THE OCCURANCE. I TRIED TO AND I AM SURE THEIR UNFRIENDLY xx XYLON CLAIM SITE CAN REFLECT THAT. I AM LOOKING TO PURCHASE A NEW VEHICLE I BEG OF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE THE XYLON OR ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALER UNLESS YOUR READY FOR A LOT OF NOTHING FOR YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I WILL BE WRITING CORPORATE. OF COURSE THE SALESPERSON TOLD ME ALL XYLON SERVICING WILL BE DONE HERE THROUGH US. NOT TRUE AND TO TOP IT OFF NO ONE HAS SEEN MY VEHICLE AS OF YET, XYLON'S DECISION WAS BASED ON PICTURES! MAYBE OTHER DEALERS WILL STAND TRUE TO THE SERVICE THEY INITIALLY SOLD TO YOU BUT NOT THIS DEALERSHIP. LAST WORDS ARE SAVE YOURSELF THE CHAOS, BUY ELSEWHERE. I moved to Infiniti time ago from another german luxury brand and not once I got disappointed. the treatment is beyond exceptional either you're buying, servicing a new car or an almost 10 years old car. I work in both sales and customer service and wish the company I work for ,would offer such an exceptional service. The prices are very reasonable, nothing like the horror stories I read online about some other dealerships and from my own experience, can even be cheaper than many "around the corner" and generic mechanic shops. I usually go to Jonhattan Camacho when I need any service or advice about my car. Very knowledgeable and professional person. people at the parts and service are extremely professional and courteous as well. Best Car buying experience I've ever had! I was in the market for either a q50 or a maxima. The night before I was at another dealership trying to buy a maxima and they were trying to get 40K I was in the market for either a q50 or a maxima. The night before I was at another dealership trying to buy a maxima and they were trying to get 40K for a 24K car. The next day I drove out to Orlando Infiniti and looked at a few Q50's and right as I got in the door I could tell my experience was going to be great! I was meeting with Julia and she was very happy to show me all the cars in my price range! We walked around the entire dealership to look at the cars she had and showed me everything about them. We sat down to see what I was looking at price wise and turns out the one I wanted was a little to high for me and she said no problem and showed me the other car and it was right in my price range so I did it! I wasn't able to take my car right then as it still needed to go through the inspection and detail and to get some dents removed and scratches repaired and I noticed it did not have very dark window tint and she saw that I would like it to be darker so she went above and beyond and got the windows tinted for me. As I live over an hour away I was curious how I was going to get around and she said don't worry we will give you a loaner car until you can pick yours up and it was a brand new Q60! Once I got my car i drove it for a few days and noticed the rear subwoofer was not working and also the scratches and dents were not taken out like I was told so I called Julia and she was very upset that it was not done and that I could bring it back in and get them resolved. And I also dropped it off to get the subwoofer replaced and the service guy said I was not getting a loaner vehicle and Julia fought for me to get a loaner as it was going to be a few days to get everything done. She was a very very very honest and nice person to deal with. Not pushy at all and gave me the time I needed to decide on the car. I will be back as now my wife wants an Infiniti SUV and I will go straight to Julia and not even waste my time at other dealerships! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! More
