He was transparent, professional, prompt and clear in all communications, and he went above and beyond to give us peace of mind. I coordinated for the car to get an independent inspection, he took the car there for us and picked it up. He gave me the information for the dealership that performed a key repair so I could get the documentation for our records. He met with my daughter for the test drive and also at time of purchase. He ensure she had a new battery, full tank of gas and that the car was freshly washed and detailed. I was hundreds of miles away but working with Victor gave me peace of mind for my daughter. Thomas was the gentleman who worked with us in financing. I was on the phone during the transaction and again, he very professional and patient. He explained everything in detail.
