This is my 4th lease with Orlando Infiniti. They have always gone out of their way to make the process painless and quick (two factors that are critical to me.) The cars are typically a much better value than other luxury brands and they perform extremely well. On the occassions that we've needed service Orlando Infiniti has always been helpful and efficient. I've dpne business with them for over 10 years and I would (and have) recommended them to anyone looking for great service. More

We've been doing business with Orlando Infiniti for fifteen years or so. That probably says it all. The car brand has been excellent, the service - they do it right the first time. The one time that wasn't true, when I brought the car in, they said it was their fault and fixed it free. I don't know of many dealerships where integrity of the service department can be counted on. As far as sales goes, there has never been any pressure to 'buy now'. I've dealt with the Dalemarie for some years. She has answered every question we have ever had. She and Sean, the sales manager, have gone out of their way to be of assistance in solving problems even long after the sale. As for price, they offered a 5% discount off the MSRP + $1000 loyalty discount Infiniti offers. Trade-in offers are fair; they offer the blue book value unless the car has a major problem. Also, once the bottom line and payments were agreed to, that's what I paid; I've never had any unpleasant fine print surprises down the road. Service prices are high, but not much higher than those quoted by 3rd-party mechanics. In summary, this is a dealer that gives you what you pay for: a quality product, quality support, and integrity. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. More
The dealership and its staff presented me a very pleasant and hassle free buying experience. He did a very thorough job of informing me about the various controls and features of the vehicle I eventually bought. Furthermore, he offered to give me a tour of the dealership and the many amenities they offer. The interior is very open, warm and inviting. The art and jewelry around the building gives the presence of an art gallery; which in my personal opinion these vehicles are rolling works of art. From the moment you walk in to the building you are greeted by the front desk personnel. I am very particular and pay very close attention to details. One small detail I noticed and appreciated was the dealerships approach to time. When you make an appointment with your salesman, they are there waiting and ready to greet you. My time is very valuable to me and I greatly appreciated their understanding and respect of it. Finally, anyone looking to buy their next vehicle should give this dealership and Mr. Graham a chance. I have given this dealership a very high score because I was greated as soon as I walked in by an associate at the front desk. She welcomed me asked what brought me in and asked me to sign in. An associate (maybe manager) then greated me and said she would get an associate to help me. Nigel Ramsaroop introduced himself and showed me the car I wanted to see. Even though I came right at closing, he was very patient, considerate, and did not rush me. The next night I came after work to apply for financing for the difference from my trade in. The next day I was approved right away through Infiniti Financial Service thanks to Janet working on my behalf for the best interest plan, better than any bank had offered. That night I came straight from work to sign papers and drove off in my new car. I felt good about every step of the process. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. It had only been open a month or two. Lots of fine art in the dealership. I bought a 2005 used Infinity G35 in mint condition, loaded with every option, at the right price on Friday August 7th. Its Infinity Certified. They gave me up to 45,000 miles complimentary oil changes. Any time you get your car serviced on they will wash and clean it for you. I would reccomend this dealer to anyone. When I picked up my new car and completed all the paperwork, I went during my lunch break from work and was in and out in less than an hour. David and the team offered me coffee, snacks, even lunch while I was completing paperwork. Before I left, David walked me through all the features and settings of my new car and made sure I was comfortable with everything. It's great to leave with a new car and also already have all the settings saved to how you like it. He was also concerned that my new car looked perfect, so he examined every inch with me to make sure it all shined! When you buy a luxury car, you expect luxury service, and David and the Orlando Infiniti team definitely deliver! In the meantime, I'm really enjoying my G37 Coupe, but when it's time for a new car, I plan on returning to see David at Orlando Infiniti. More

I had a wonderful experience with Sales Consultant Moe Nadar, who helped me compare and contrast the G37 Journey with Acura's TL and BMW's 328i. Sales Manager Brandon Brevard provided a quote and lease that provided competitive terms when compared with offers from BMW and Acura. With only a few cars in stock to look at, Moe let me know that new stock was coming and within three days he called and invited me back to look at a number of cars that had just been unloaded. Brandon sharpened the lease deal we had discussed earlier and within 24-hours I was back to close the deal. I was particularly impressed with Janet Benni, who handled the paperwork. Dealer finance managers are notoriously difficult to deal with and, for me, more often than not have been the worst part of the process. Janet orchestrated the process flawlessly and was very helpful. Orlando Infiniti provided the kind of quality sales experience I expect and I heartily recommend them. More
