After closing hours I found a vehicle in their inventory online and knew it was a great deal. Goran had to be working late because he promptly responded to my availability inquiry on the vehicle. He confirmed it was still in stock and proceeded to have me text him. We went over numbers same night and I ended up sealing the deal 2 days later. No run arounds and straight to the point. We were not in need of a car, but it was definitely time for a change because my old one kept giving us problems. Not only was he honest and personable, he LISTENED to what we wanted and made it happen. I walked away with a GREAT vehicle. He even took it a step further by going the extra mile in his thank you to let us know that his genuineness was real. He left a lasting impression. Orlando Infiniti was great.
