He goes above and beyond every time we deal with him teaching us to use everything and always willing to help with follow up questions on the phone. In addition he is simply a pleasure to work with. We know this is true with every customer because we sent a friend to Joel last year after dealing with another sales person who didn’t call them back and follow through. This person had a bad perception of Orlando Infiniti. I contacted Joel gave him the information and Joel was able to work out a deal making the customer happy and keeping true the brand Orlando Infiniti represents. My wife and I are expecting, I called Joel a month ago told him we were looking for a 2011 QX56 white with Black Interior, to my surprise Joel told me he had one coming in. Sure enough the truck was everything he said and more. I am very pleased with Joel and the Team or Orlando Infiniti, I do live in Lake Mary 2 miles from your new dealer ship however, I will go to Orlando to work with Joel and Nick in finance they are such pleasure to work with. At Orlando Infiniti I never felt uncomfortable or had a sour taste “buyer’s remorse” after any purchase. I just brought my QX56 in for it's first oil change and the service department is just as amazing. You pull up and have a personal assistant right away to greet you and see what you need done. Everyone was so friendly and nice. And I have to say I love how they vacuumed my car and washed it too! With 4 kids I have a constant battle so this was great. I highly recommend buying from Joel and Orlando Infiniti. One of our best decisions. More
Our experience at this dealership was wonderful. On an extremely hot Sunday, Nigel Ramsaroop spent a great deal of time on the lot with us showing us a selection of cars. He did not rush us - and gave us the opportunity to spend some time in each car we looked at. Although we have owned Infinitis for many years we had just looked at a Lexus and were seriously considering it. Nigel did not go into "why not to buy a Lexus" - but pointed out the features we were interested in on the Infiniti - very professional. Since we are new to this area we hope our pleasant experiences at this dealership will continue on such a positive note. 9/8/13 - I would like to add that today I had a problem with the car and contacted the dealership. Left a voice message and e-mail and no response. I told the receptionist the car had to be serviced tomorrow and was told someone would contact me in the morning to see if they could give me an appointment. Not good customer service - salesman should have returned my call, and if I'm telling them I have a problem with a brand new car they should say "bring it in" - not that they will see if an appointment can be made. In addition I called earlier in the week to find out if I was entitled to a refund on my registration - still no response on that. Seems like once you buy the car they are done with you. My opinion has changed drastically. More

I also would like to take this opportunity and to thank from the bottom of my heart, my sincere appreciation to Mr. Peter Wilson (The owner of Orlando Infiniti) for stepping forward very recently, in resolving personally a concern and issue I had encounter. I called Mr. Wilson and described to him the case. Within less than an hour, Mr. Wilson returned my call and informed me that he resolved the matter in my favor, and told me to arrange for the service on their/his cost. I have to indicate that Mr. Wilson with his very busy schedule volunteered to take the issue and worked it with the Infiniti consumer affairs, and achieved great positive result. This shows me again, how much this dealership value their customers. They do not sale you a car because they want to make the buck from you, but they want to sell you a car and service you because they care and value your money for the product you purchased from them, or purchased in some other place, but servicing you with respect and care. Orlando Infiniti is my first choice, and recommend it for everybody else. Please try and find that this is the truth. You will bond your relationship with great " family" of all the workers there, the staff and the management. Thank you Orlando Infiniti!!! More
Terrible Horrible. The worst service I have EVER experienced. I was in the middle of signing papers, closing on a deal to purchase a car at a different dealership. One of your associates called me with a deal on the same car. I got up and went straight to your dealership. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, your associate notified me that the car had just been sold and they were signing the papers. When I asked for the manager, he said the car had been sold this morning. The price listing on the Internet, when I first called with interest was $31,000. I was told that this price was incorrect and so I offered $35,000. But as soon as I got to your dealership I'm told it was sold. Then why is the car still listed today as Not Sold with the price listed as $35,779 SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Paulo took the time to answer all our questions, without being pushy or rushing us.Very friendly and personable. My experience in the past with car sales has been completely different then what i experience at this location with Paulo and later on with Damian. I had a lot of anxiety about car shopping because i was used to other dealerships that tend to push you into a car they want to sell you as opposed to what you want. i drove off the lot that day extremely please with my purchase and confident that a good deal was made. i have since told my friends about the stress-free experience i had at this location and have even recommended Paulo to my co-worker who is thinking about getting a new car in the near future. Overall, i just want to say keep up the great work, i can definitely see myself returning in a few years to purchase a second car from this location! thank you sima More
