I had visited the dealership to return the lease on my G37 convertible on 12/26/31. I have done 3 leases with Orlando Infiniti but this was my first interaction with Joel. I had not planned on getting an G37 convertible on 12/26/31. I have done 3 leases with Orlando Infiniti but this was my first interaction with Joel. I had not planned on getting another lease because I still had another Infiniti that I just had picked up from the service department with a few more months on its lease. However, because Joel is an exceptional sales and service professional, he asked me a few key questions and discovered that the QX80 was on my wife's wishlist and that we planned to get that car when my other lease term ended. Within 3 hours, Joel helped me make one of her wishes come true by finding a way to terminate my other lease so I could get my wife the QX80. When my wife saw her "Surprise" with the Red Bow in the driveway just like on the commercials, her tears of happiness reinforced that Joel helped me do something wonderful for someone who is very special to me. This would not have happened if Joel didn't ask me the right questions and done such an exceptional job. Sometimes people think buying a car is just about purchasing or leasing a vehicle. I came in last week to look ata the new Q50 and I was introduced to Axel Machin. He was very informative and knowledgable on the car. I showed me how everyting worked and all the programs available.
