Terrible Horrible. The worst service I have EVER experienced. I was in the middle of signing papers, closing on a deal to purchase a car at a different dealership. One of your associates called me experienced. I was in the middle of signing papers, closing on a deal to purchase a car at a different dealership. One of your associates called me with a deal on the same car. I got up and went straight to your dealership. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, your associate notified me that the car had just been sold and they were signing the papers. When I asked for the manager, he said the car had been sold this morning. The price listing on the Internet, when I first called with interest was $31,000. I was told that this price was incorrect and so I offered $35,000. But as soon as I got to your dealership I'm told it was sold. Then why is the car still listed today as Not Sold with the price listed as $35,779 SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Paulo took the time to answer all our questions, without being pushy or rushing us.Very friendly and personable. My experience in the past with car sales has been completely different then what i experience at this location with Paulo and later on with Damian. I had a lot of anxiety about car shopping because i was used to other dealerships that tend to push you into a car they want to sell you as opposed to what you want. i drove off the lot that day extremely please with my purchase and confident that a good deal was made. i have since told my friends about the stress-free experience i had at this location and have even recommended Paulo to my co-worker who is thinking about getting a new car in the near future. Overall, i just want to say keep up the great work, i can definitely see myself returning in a few years to purchase a second car from this location! thank you sima More

I drove into the service department with a tire going flat at that moment. I had ran over an object on I-4 and I could hear my tire hissing. The service department quickly took my car into the shop an assessed the situation and told me they could patch my tire and it will be good as new. I was skeptical all along because I just do not trust car dealerships. I fear they will not be honest and just want to make a buck off you. They repaired my car in a timely fashion AND gave it a car wash. I was shocked at my bill. They charged me so very little I was stunned. This dealership boosted my confidence as they were honest, respectful, and reasonable in all aspects of the service I was given. And my car wasn't even an Infiniti!!! More

From their service department, to their sales department, to even the finance department, everyone is very helpful and provides great customer service. Aaaron Sucharski and Richard Paul in the service department have provided only the best service for me in the last 2 years that I’ve been bringing in my old Infiniti. As far as sells consultants go, Damian Castillo ranks the highest in customer service I’ve experienced out of any other dealership so far. When buying something such as a new car you want to feel the person is honest and trustworthy; Damian came off as nothing less than that plus much more. Infiniti is a very fortunate company to have him. I appreciate all his help in helping me purchase my new EX35. Even Natalya Mokshanova was very friendly while completing my paperwork for my new purchase; even though she was there way past the closing hours she was still very friendly and helpful. Enroute from Boston to Florida, our 2009 Infiniti G37X was due for a service check---oil, filter, tire rotation etc. Visit to the Service Dept at Orlando Infiniti was first rate in all respects. Service Consultant, Marcos Catena, was very professional, personable and capable. We were greeted by Marcos who quickly had us registered in to the Service record system, detailed exactly what the service would include and gave us an estimated time for its completion. Service work was competently performed as outlined and in the time specified. Our total service experience at this dealership was excellent; it is an extremely well run operation, one which I would highly recommend to all Infiniti drivers. More
