This time was no different; I told Goran what I was looking for and he tracked it down for me and it was exactly what I wanted. He helped make the process extremely easy and really took care of my requests. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. In addition, Gabriel in finance was wonderful as well and assisted me working with my bank. They are both top notch and I will continue to drive to Orlando Infiniti for all purchases and service work. P.S. My 2011 M37 just rolled 215,000 miles and still going as strong as day one:) Infiniti customer for life! More

I have had the best service experience EVERY time I take my car to Orlando INFINITI--mainly I have been a customer at this location for over 8 years. I have had the best service experience EVERY time I take my car to Orlando INFINITI--mainly because of Sara. One reason I keep buying INFINITI cars because I know the service here with her will always be first class. There have been times when I have had a larger expense/issue than I expected but it's handled professionally by them. I always get a loaner if needed. The service bay is pristine and the waiting area has complementary wifi/drinks/snacks. It would be a big loss to many customers if Sara ever leaves this dealership. More
