The car has just been sitting...parts are not ordered nobody is working on it AND the only result so far is they backed into my car and damaged it. To make matters worse I have no answer as to when or if its getting fixed, no dates... nothing. Update: 2/21/2020 I pull my car out of the dealership repaired from the accident that was caused to the front bumper and grill. Caused by Enterprise. I asked a dealership to let me take my car home to prevent any further damages. And if they would let me reschedule once the parts come in and my car can get worked on. Update: 3/3/2020 I just got off the phone with Derek the service manager and we’re now getting some traction. Parts are ordered and I’m scheduled to bring the car in on March 9 2020 for the repairs and initial reason why I brought the car in. As a sign of good faith Derek has agreed to help me with a solution in regards to some of the sticky buttons that are not covered under warranty. More

Inconsiderate and liars I received a letter from Inifiniti offering what appeared to be a great deal on an upgrade to a 2019 Red Sport from my current 2017 Red Sport lease. I I received a letter from Inifiniti offering what appeared to be a great deal on an upgrade to a 2019 Red Sport from my current 2017 Red Sport lease. If I were to accept this offer, it would have been my third Inifiniti either purchased or leased since 2015. Since I have six months left on my current 2017 Red Sport, I decided to call the dealership in Orlando to see if I qualify for their offer. I spoke to Richie Singh and explained to him my less than favorable credit situation while maintaining a perfect payment history with Infiniti. I was brutally honest with him that my wife is in medical school, we have been tight financially, our credit has suffered, but my Infiniti payments are and always were current. I asked him "DO I QUALIFY FOR THIS OFFER?" Richie happily informed me that Infiniti finance looks at history with Infiniti finance ONLY and does not consider the rest of my credit due to their loyalty program. He informed me that the loyalty program has assured me of being able to lease another car through this program. Richie then had salesman Derek Crawford contact me. Derek texted me pictures of "my new car" on Friday 11/29. It was a 2019 Redsport I inquired about. He spoke to me live and via text concerning the car, also asking me to text him my license which of course, I did immediately. In Derek's words, he then said, "We are good to go!" He said to come down to the dealership with my 2017 Infiniti on Saturday, November 30th and, in his words, "Thirty minutes later, you will drive out with your new Infiniti lease!" My wife and I arrived on Saturday and we were immediately taken to a separate room where my "new car" was covered up with a car cover and a big bow. Derek unveiled my "new car" and it was a magnificent presentation. He then took my wife and I into his office for me to fill out the paperwork to complete the transaction. After signing, Derek left and then returned to ask more financial questions. He stated, "I am SHOCKED!" due to my credit score. I reminded him that I was passed on to him by Richie who was well aware of the current situation and that Richie and he said the deal was done. I was told to come down there by him (Derek) because I qualified for their program. Derek denied knowledge of Richie explaining to him that I inquired of the program and told him of my current situation. He then said it was in the hands of the finance manager and not to worry. Derek left the room and came back in several times. At least three hours later, Derek came back with the "surprising" news that I was not in fact approved for the leasing program that Richie said I was approved for. I wasted hours of my time because of incompetent stupidity. I was very truthful about my credit situation. Orlando Infiniti led me on and wasted my time under the guise of some non-existent program. In addition, the sad and moronic action of "unveiling" a car that wasn't even mine in front of me and my wife. It is embarrassingly laughable on Orlando Infiniti's part to do something like that. Orlando Infiniti led me on and wasted my time and embarrassed themselves by their actions and false promises about a non-existent 'Loyalty" program. Maybe they should actually sell the car to a buyer before they make a big production by "unveiling" it. How infantile it is to treat customers that way. If you want to be treated like a moron go to Orlando Inifiniti. More
