Goran from day one of my inquiry was extremely responsive and knowledgeable about all things Infiniti. He was able to provide recommendations on the different motor and trim packages and was extremely efficient and accommodating when I wanted to see multiple pre-owned Q50s for test drives. Within reason he was able to accommodate all of my request to get the deal done. My experience in the finance department was unlike any other. Gabrial was able to get me out of the door and in my Q50 amazingly quick. Also, Curtis and the detail team did an exceptional job on the detail and made sure my car was shining when I drove away. The serviced department has had my car for a month, after it took me a month to get the car in service. The car has just been sitting...parts are not ordered nobody is working on it AND the only result so far is they backed into my car and damaged it. To make matters worse I have no answer as to when or if its getting fixed, no dates... nothing. Update: 2/21/2020 I pull my car out of the dealership repaired from the accident that was caused to the front bumper and grill. Caused by Enterprise. I asked a dealership to let me take my car home to prevent any further damages. And if they would let me reschedule once the parts come in and my car can get worked on. Update: 3/3/2020 I just got off the phone with Derek the service manager and we’re now getting some traction. Parts are ordered and I’m scheduled to bring the car in on March 9 2020 for the repairs and initial reason why I brought the car in. As a sign of good faith Derek has agreed to help me with a solution in regards to some of the sticky buttons that are not covered under warranty. More
