Service Department Going Downhill Very disappointed in my last visit for service. Personalized care is gone. No more warm welcomes and smiling faces (not that you would be able to se Very disappointed in my last visit for service. Personalized care is gone. No more warm welcomes and smiling faces (not that you would be able to see them with masks, but you can tell by tone of voice and manner). Difficult to speak to a consultant in person...mostly texting that is sporadic. Questions were left unanswered. It took 2 days for my call to the manager to be returned. Other than masks being worn by employees, there was no evidence that care was taken in my car to minimize virus exposure. No steering wheel protection and no note or anything showing me that my car was disinfected before pickup. Instead of leaving the fob in the cup holder like they used to do, the attendant actually handed it to me with bare hands. I feel like this dealership really doesn't get it and doesn't care about me and my wellbeing. More

Goran took care of my trade in and my purchase. He was the ultimate professional throughout and there was no wasted time nor did I ever feel rushed. He called me 2 weeks after the sale to ask me some questions about my trade in for a customer. I eventually spoke on the phone with the customer to answer the questions directly. It was great to see Goran taking care of another satisfied customer who eventually purchased my trade in and received a great vehicle.
