I purchased my new QX55 at this dealership because we have been so happy with their service department and I was super impressed by the service I received from my salesperson, Michael Eddy. He handled all of the information that I needed by text and e-mail so I wouldn't have to take time off from work to get to the dealership. He never made me feel pressured into a decision. He was polite and professional and I was happy with the deal we negotiated. He even delivered my new vehicle to my office and picked up my trade. I am extremely please with Orlando Infiniti and will be happy to recommend friends and family in the future! More
A very horrible experience I got sold a lemon the transmission went out on the truck but yet have not given me all my money want to give me a portion of my money I’m not taking that I walk right out transmission went out on the truck but yet have not given me all my money want to give me a portion of my money I’m not taking that I walk right out I Iwould have not had no issues and got a full refund right is right wrong is wrong I seen it before my own 👀 I’m not settling for anything less when I told them straight up I don’t want it less than 3 weeks I had the truck no signal or warning came on the truck I hat a bumper to bumper warranty on the truck and told them I did want no parts in it they made me wait to the truck get fix and they paid the Deductible I told them I did want it they tried to force me an something else I told them I wanted a full refund and was no happy with the service or experience that’s why people be scared to go to Dealerships the be quick to catch a sale and rip you off and I have not received none of my money More
