I had some issues, but after speaking with the manager we came to an agreement that was fair and agreeable. I appreciated the effort and positive outcome. In light of that I would recommend this dealership. came to an agreement that was fair and agreeable. I appreciated the effort and positive outcome. I could have sworn the Sales Rep indicated that their mechanic did an inspection and checked everything out. I take full responsibility and know going forward that the vehicles offered in this situation could have major issues that the dealership is unaware of as NO inspection was done. I do disagree of how it was advertised as priced "wholesale" to the public though in this situation. It appears the dealership's definition of "wholesale" is when they price below the actual retail. Well, wholesale is practically trade-in vale. Not sure how the value is determined without inspecting vehicle. Also, if other vehicles in the area are selling for near same price, that is not "wholesale". Wholesale price would have been closer to $4-5k with private sale being $6800. I purchased for about $7800, so yeah, not really "wholesale". Either way they do offer a 3 day return policy for this very reason which I should have pressed for on the 4th day to see if they would accomodate. I was given the option of returning on late last week, yet I have fixed all the issues so not sure why I would return it. The repairs cost me $1070. I am satisfied with vehicle now. I have increased this updated review to reflect 4 stars. This was my experience so hopefully this helps anyone who reads to know how to approach the situation to avoid my experience. Great dealership from what I can tell, just an unfortunate experience on my part. More
Recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima 3.5 SR on last week. The initial experience was great with great customer service from Terry Burrell. The vehicle had the 3 day 300mi return policy and all. The onl week. The initial experience was great with great customer service from Terry Burrell. The vehicle had the 3 day 300mi return policy and all. The only unfortunate thing was it was a Friday and my mechanic could not look at it until day 3. Car appeared to run well and drive good with no issues. The issues came once my mechanic took a look at it. Discovered Front Motor Mount was bad. The torque strut mount needed replacing. The CV axle on passenger side was leaking. The lower oil pan gasket needed replacing. Then oil housing adapter leaking as well. Mechanic did not know how those were missed during the dealers inspection as they were easily identifiable upon lifting vehicle up and opening hood. Ibwas not sure either. Maybe they knew and was not obligated to provide that information since it was As-Is, though was quick to say it past their inspection. So I would assume either they do not have a thorough inspection process or they knew and sold it knowing the issues. It was a learning experience for sure and now my faith in dealer mechanics is very low. Total bill is looking to be another $1500+. Lesson learned. Outside of that, Terry was great. Last thing, I did send an email to both Brandon Brevard and Jerry Kuenzel the morning of 11/30/2021 with no reply response as of today. More
I never leave any type of review what so ever but I’m fed up and I am at the end of the road. September 27, 2021 I took the car in for a complimentary oil change. Three weeks after my car was unable to drive up and I am at the end of the road. September 27, 2021 I took the car in for a complimentary oil change. Three weeks after my car was unable to drive. I was unable to drive the car anywhere. I waited til November 5 to take the vehicle to Infiniti. Later that day Ritchie from service sent me my report the total cost was $6,797.43. I decided to wait that weekend to make some decisions if I would fix the car. November 8,2021 The lead tech Jonathan gave me a call to speak with me regarding the current state of the vehicle, Jonathan told me that its best to look into getting another car. I then spoke back with Ritchie who asked me to come in. November 9,2021 I came to Infiniti where I was introduced to the sales rep Victor, at first we were unable to find a car that would work. Victor continued working to look for a car that would work. November 11,2021 I came by, Victor found a 2017 qx50 I decided to go with that car. Infiniti did offer me to trade in my car which I ended up doing. November 18,2021 I sent Victor a text letting him know the new car was smoking. I scheduled a appointment with Victor to meet at the service department on Saturday November 20,2021. Upon arrival Victor met me outside to inform me that he had “bad news” Victor then let me know that the bank decided to withdraw the contract. Come to find out when Infiniti completed the application they put that I made 37,000 monthly instead of annually. I told Victor no problem long as we were able to sort something out for me to get into another car. Victor brought a couple of cars by and then informed that he would need to speak with Nick in finance to see if the car would approve. I found a 2019 Nissan Altima, Victor informed that the car could possibly work. Two hours in Victor informed that the car would not work because they were being charged a lender fee of $2900 that would cause them to lose out profit on the vehicle. Victor continued to try to put me in a Nissan Centra, Toyota Corolla, and Nissan Altima all which were older models. I expressed my concerns to Victor letting him know that I was upset and wanted a vehicle to my liking. Nick from finance then called me to his office and advised me to get one of the cars that Victor suggested just to build my credit then in 1-2 years come back. I declined informing Nick I would then be upside down, eventually that evening I left to just think what could I do next. I did reach out to the previous carlot to make sure Infiniti did send over the payoff they did confirm they received the check. Monday November 22,2021 I decided to contact the owner Peter Wilson of Orlando Infiniti. Peter returned my call around 11am EST. After expressing my concerns and offering that we come to a mutual agreement Peter suggested that I get my down payment back and he would complete something called a “unwind” at first I was advised that they would attempt to get the money back from the previous carlot and return my car. Peter called me back later that day at 4:08pm informing me to come pick up my check. I arrived roughly around 4:45pm where I did meet with Peter, he offered a few suggestions but didn’t seem to care about the satisfaction of his customer. The firsy suggestion was to have me take the vehicle personally to the auction and auction off the car. Secondly he informed that Infiniti would be able to take the car to the auction but added that he does not like that option due to the car problems informing that it would fall back on Infiniti. The last option was for him to meet with the Sales Manager Brandon to put me in a car. I let Peter know that I was highly upset because I didn’t make the mistake Infiniti did. Peter did not own up to the fact that they were at fault instead said it wasn’t a discrepancy at all. Peter took me to meet Brandon the sales manager and then walked off. While speaking with Brandon Victor walked up and I explained everything that Peter informed me. Victor told me that’s not correct said that if I wanted my car I would now have to pay them $7500. I told Victor no thats not fair to me we signed a agreement and I came out with no car. Brandon advised me to wait until Friday although I advised I don’t have a way to work Brandon suggested taking uber until they found a vehicle. Before I left Victor ran across a car similar to my car, the car had 124,000 miles on it with no warranty I told Victor that would not work for me because I would still end up in the same situation. Nothing has helped they’ve offered nothing for my satisfaction. If we’re unable to come to a aggreement I will be moving forward to the next step and consulting with my lawyer. More
