After closing hours I found a vehicle in their inventory online and knew it was a great deal. Goran had to be working late because he promptly responded to my availability inquiry on the vehicle. He confirmed it was still in stock and proceeded to have me text him. We went over numbers same night and I ended up sealing the deal 2 days later. No run arounds and straight to the point.
