Great service at Orland Toyota We had a scheduled appt for 7 am on a Tuesday to check out a warning light issue. We called on Monday to ask if we could bring the car in on Monday ev We had a scheduled appt for 7 am on a Tuesday to check out a warning light issue. We called on Monday to ask if we could bring the car in on Monday evening, was told that would be fine, and so took the car in. They called us awhile later, said they had checked out our car, told us we needed a part that had to be ordered, gave us the cost estimate and said it would be repaired Tuesday morning, which it was. The service was excellent, they kept us informed as to the problem and had it repaired quickly. More

Excellent Service by Jim F I have been coming to Orland Toyota for service since I bought my car there. They are inconveniently located as I live and work in Chicago, but I come I have been coming to Orland Toyota for service since I bought my car there. They are inconveniently located as I live and work in Chicago, but I come here instead of going elsewhere because Orland takes pride in their work. If I have a repair done, I do not have to return the next day because it was not done correctly. If I have regular maintenance done, all checklists are reviewed so I know what will be coming up in the near future. I also have the luxury of dealing with the same service writer, so he knows me and my vehicle over the years. Jim is professional and courteous at all times and knows how to explain what service is being done and why it is necessary. More
