I brought my car for oil change last week. My experience was not good. Price was not honored as the coupon indicated, I asked for all filters to be checked. I received a text to go pay cashier, I had to wai was not good. Price was not honored as the coupon indicated, I asked for all filters to be checked. I received a text to go pay cashier, I had to wait for someone to tell me where to go, I paid and picked up the paper work , it said so many things need to be changed and fixed but we do not have the parts. Nothing about Filters. No one came to explain to me or even ask me if I want anything to be worked in. I told them that my car has a recall and please verify, nothing has been looked at. I was disappointed and figured this dealer does not want customers to come back. I sent text messages asking for the survey link so I can share with them, no response. BAD BAD Dealer at Orland Park Toyota.. I would have expected someone to explain to me after all, and also the recall is a serious thing no one said anything about it. Do not expect me to come back even though I have 2 cars made by Toyota . More
Took way to long Got to dealer at 10 am ( my appointment time) . Car was not moved to the back repair area till 11. Am. Took 15 minutes to put on apiece that fell off. Got to dealer at 10 am ( my appointment time) . Car was not moved to the back repair area till 11. Am. Took 15 minutes to put on apiece that fell off. I was standing in the appointment room when the tech came and told us that the part they ordered was not in. The other tech called the part place and said was told that the part was on the counter. Well the tech got the part put it on. I left at 11:45 Got home at 12:15. Looked at the part and it was loose again So W T F do I do now???? I am leaving on vacation on Sunday 7-11-19 More

No advocacy for the consumer I’ve got 2 vehicles I’ve taken to this Toyota. Every time I go I’m presented with work recommended totally greater than $1000. No one tells you what y I’ve got 2 vehicles I’ve taken to this Toyota. Every time I go I’m presented with work recommended totally greater than $1000. No one tells you what you need now vs what you could do later. When I had my vehicle that’s only 5 years old looked at at another Toyota dealer and presented the list recommended, they said technically everything needed to be done eventually but not NOW. A lot of it was due in about 30K miles so I left the second dealer with $300 worth of work not $1000. So what really needs to be done vs what could be done later or really over time? You’ll never be told here. Try another Toyota service department where they advocate for you as a lifelong customer and where you’re more likely to actually get the work done because you can afford to and you trust them. More
