Mr. Tronabeni outlined the specific details regarding the performace,and safety of each vehicle of interest. She made this whole hybrid car choosing, test driving, and leasing experience easy. I only had a short time to get an impression of Camry Hybrid LE and have my leasing questions answered. Rima delivered on both asap. After having to scoop one of my kids from soccer practice, I came back only to find another customer had Rima on a test drive, so Brittany Ellison was kind enough to take me on another test drive of a different Camry Hybrid model, the SE. I made my decision and with no pressure from any of the sales staff, I left a deposit on the Camry Hybrid SE model. I said I wanted to sleep on it and will contact them tomorrow morning. I called the next morning to mention I was planning on coming during lunchtime and wanted to lease the Camry Hybrid SE I test drove. Rima made sure the car was prepped and ready for when I returned to complete the paperwork. Roxanne helped get all the lease documentation in order and I was ready to go. Rima escorted me to my new car and gave me additional car training and off I went. Being an existing toyota/lexus owner, there was no doubt that Toyota's hybrid technology was the only way to go. No other manufacturer's hybrid technology has the years of proven reliability. I've been in almost every dealership along 159th street and I'd have to say that Orland Toyota has one of the best, if not the best amenities for anyone waiting for service. A Great Salesman I recently purchased a Toyota Avalon and Josh Tornabeni was my sales consultant. He was great! I didn't feel pressured; he stated the facts to help me make an educated decision. Although recommendations were made, it was never done in a pushy salesman demeanor. I had done some research on line and went through the online pricing so was a little apprehensive. After purchasing the car, Josh took the time to thoroughly explain the features of the car. I have never experienced the type of personal attention he gave to me and I am a Toyota girl (this is my 3rd Toyota). He also made sure I had his information and stated to call him with any questions or come back and he would walk me through the features again as this car has a lot of "bells and whistles".
